BR	I think he might have got more than 10 years - the sentences handed out when one person is young and other 10 years older are longer. Probably he would have got 14 years. 12 months is not enough to put other people off. She will be out in 6 months and compared to what could have been 7 years inside and 7 years on licence as a Sex Offender - she has got off very lightly. It shows the problems that the Police have with this though - they caught him with his pants down in the act. So when she said I have been raped - in the Police's view it must have been a "fair cop" young girl saying she had been raped and with all the forensic evidence at hand to prove sex had taken place. If this had gone to court he would have probably lost I might add.
