So how can anyone PROVE anything beyond reasonable doubt ? Why did this person wait 30 years to decide to make an allegation ?

People are making allegations in order to win FAMILY FEUDS and even if there is any truth in such things - it begs the question WHY did they not report the crime when it happened and when there was a chance of actually proving it.

I firmly believe that no one should be convicted of a crime from 30 years ago without compelling evidence - and that does not mean the person or persons making allegations because people have been shown to gang up on others in such cases.

There should be a 5 year law about Sex Abuse to stop these cases and save the money in trying to prove a crime with no evidence being available 30 years on.
