Yes. That one he did with outtakes of Sellers, body doubles and Rich Little dubbing David Niven was a horrid bit of rubbish. |

I only know this because, being a semi-insomniac, I've started listening to a lot of old American radio shows on mp3 at night, but early on in his career Edwards wrote some superb comic-Raymond Chandler-style scripts for a show called 'Richard Diamond: Private Investigator', which starred Dick Powell. I doubt much of what he later wrote was quite as sharp, playful, witty and well-constructed as those old radio productions. |
