In fact, most "States" will not criticise their police ... the powers-that-be need them to keep order and exert their control for them. Take a look at any dictatorship ... the very first thing they do is make sure the police / army are well funded, and "on their side". Which is, in fact, why such behaviour inevitably leads to Civil War !

If it is true then the police assaulting a 13 year old is truly nasty. Having been at the receiving end of the corrupt police and judiciary system I know you do have to stand up for your rights.If people lie in court,and the system has a built in bias to accept these facts then something has to be done.
