Angel I'll ask my father in law about this as he was the head of SNH.

Reintroducing the wolf to the Scottish Highlands was first proposed in the late 1960s, but the idea only started to gain wider publicity and support following the reintroductions of the red wolf to the south-eastern United States in 1989, and the grey wolf to Yellowstone National Park in 1995. The media are always happy to report a story about reintroduction, keeping the topic constantly in the public forum; most proposals reported are unfounded, and lacking in scientific credibility. Although the British government is required to consider the reintroduction of native species under article 22 of the EU Habitats and Species Directive of 1992, any proposal for reintroduction to Scotland would have to be approved by Scottish Natural Heritage

Actually, Angel, I live in a national park, and compared to this area - it DID look quite nice !

Do you still have bears and wolves ???

Is this something you are planning on reciting at the morns Hogmany?

Been watchinmg 3 men in a boat in Scotland (or whatever its called). Looked quite nice - how did they work out which day summer would be for the filming ?

May come up some time ... do I need jabs? Do you accept English (proper) currency? Will the hotel cook my vegetables if I bring some (I understand that Scots don't know what veg is !)

If you think it "looked quite nice" I wouldn't bother, its wasted on someone who is more familliar with concrete urban landscapes. They picked the right day for summer (are you sure it was summer?) You will need jabs..and an uppercut if you think you can come up here with that attitude and you'll have to google vegetables as I have no idea what you are on about.
