JK2006	I hope they all go on to prove they were set up and told the truth; but they certainly have not suffered as much as the thousands of falsely accused who can never prove their innocence.
Locked Out	Oh Yippee. So now we're naming and shaming. You're very big on miscarriages of justice, JK. I hope you are really confident that all of these false accusers truly are false accusers. It's true that false accusations ruin lives. It's true that those who make them deserve to be answered with the strongest legal sanction. But are you truly so confident that your judgment in publishing these names is so much better than that of the jury who came to the wrong decision in your own case? And even if you are, when did you decide that it was up to you to name names? And I wonder how quick you'll be to start compiling lists of other types of offenders you feel don't get enough of a rough ride elsewhere. This is a sad day for King Of Hits. We go down this road at our peril. I've just lost more than a little confidence, both in this site and in you personally. You probably don't care. Perhaps you should.
SJB	Thanks for the names JK. I'd just like to highlight a couple of the sentences given to the people you've listed. This is while bearing in mind the sort of gaol time handed out for rape and sexual assaults. Louise Creighton was given 180 hours community service. 180 hours is seven and a half days. Jemma Knights was sentenced to a six month community supervision order. Such orders typically entail regular meetings with a probation worker and sometimes attendance at courses and programmes designed to address offending behaviour, although no mention of the latter is made in the news reports I found.
JK2006	Cheryl Fleming - Jemma Knights - Louise Creighton - Stephen Jones - Sabrina Johnson - Emma Blunden - you may wonder why these cases have not been covered in our national media. It reflects badly on them because they consider allegations of rape or abuse are MUCH more titillating to their audience and all they care for is... A GOOD STORY!
