Mr King, can't your council request the originals from a court? Should be easy enough to analyse?
Excuse my ignorance on this subject,it was a few years ago,and I wasn't a regular boarder back then.
I think he has a point...perhaps you should tackle them through the courts. |

As pointed out by learned counsel; the damages would be enormous in my case since the motive HAS to be malicious - deliberately trying to harm me solely in order to increase circulation. It is one stage further on than hacking phones; deliberate tampering with a photograph in order to create a story. We are talking far, far worse than listening to a private conversation. Delicious in potential. |

As one who has moved in and out of the media ( but not actually been an 'employee'..always a 'contractor', contributor or 'freelancer" without all the benefits an employee gets, I was amused towards the end of the 90's when many journalists / photographers, sub editors etc were being laid off and re-employed as contractors.
Boy are there some very bitter ex-journos and media workers out there. That has now multiplied and when an organisation like the NoTW has been part of what looks like a huge criminal enterprise they are sooooo vunerable.
You look for a laid off photo lab employee...and I'll look for an ex-Page 3 girlie who was under 18 at the time and is down on her uppers. A fortune to be made !!! |

brings me evidence that they Photoshopped the photo of me in the park, I promise to split the £20 million I get from News Int with them 50/50. |
