Blackit What I don't understand is why Russia and China have agreed to all of this.

Have they been promised a share of the oil or something?

I'm all for revolution and the Lybian people doing what they want.

The West is to blame though..they sold Ghaddaffi his weapons as they sold all those horror weaapons to Saddam and every other brute.

Then they weigh in and more money is made from more weapons being used to destroy the ones they sold him.. it's win win.

I want small elite killer squads..that go in and bump off a vile dictator. That would be a disgrace of course and outrage. But drop bombs on civilians and students is just collaterial damage and unfortunate.

Stalin was right..a few deaths is a tragedy..a million is a statistic.

JK2006 Indeed Dixie and now our dear Western leaders say they will not stop bombing Libya until Gaddafi goes - so forget that "protect innocent civilians" crap and own up - it's all about regime change (oil). Didn't they learn from Iraq?
