The Fat Controller Think of stars (and Angel is right this is de- ja- vu) like Ali, Bjorn Borg, McEnroe, George Best, Beckham, and the great Seve Ballesteros...all had one thing in common...star quality and charisma. Murray has none. What he does have is a damned sight more grit than Henman...So take some comfort from that Angel..and I know JK liked Henman but I was never a fan...he had better hair than Murray...that's about it.

Rather like my pop stars and movie stars I like my sports stars to be sexy. Alas, Murray is to sex appeal what Nick Clegg is to being seriously involved in politics.
JK2006 Yes it is - and only a passing comment; he does seem to be playing decent tennis though with nowhere near the Federer/Nadal/Djokovic smoothness. I just wish I enjoyed watching him more whilst still cheering him on.
angel This all sounds de-ja-vu. He's not the best looking-granted, but he's focused and passionate with a genuine desire to win. You had your Henmans and dare I say Rusedski??? They were better looking but no where near as good. This is all terribly shallow isn't it?
JK2006 It really as though he's taken a course in being unattractive; square, scowly, hairy, bony, miserable...
