BarntheBarn Yes Sebold's book is far superior to the film.
The Fat Controller Recommend the book JK. A fine novel superbly written by Alice Sebold.
JK2006 In fact, absolutely dreadful; I haven't read the novel but gather it was impossible to film but the Ch4 showing last night illustrated how ghastly most child actors are and the dangers of trying to recreate heaven, let alone purgatory.
