in The Times he praises and raves about Mackerel, my very favourite fish (I've gone on about them for 50 years) - the most delicious fish with wonderful chewy, meaty texture, fabulous subtle flavour - and so cheap and easy to cook.
And he gives several great recipes which I shall immediately try.
