veritas just watched it on bbc iplayer..excellent and a sad story.

I always thought that the growth of media would help expose the would-be facists of the world.

It was easy to convince normal sane Germans that Hitler was the cure for their problems.

Now the media has become perverted especially in the USA and Murdoch is to blame..he's reduced it to entertainment as in Fox News and the others try to play catch-up.

you must have had enlightened tutors David..mine never taught me that and I'm ashamed to say I have been guilty in the (distant) past of thinking so.

Now I seek to examine a problem deeply (not always successfully) before making a decision.
