JK2006 It's on P4 - Frances Lawrence, widow of Philip, the headmaster stabbed by a 15 year old in 1995, is outraged that the killer is now being mistreated by the Home Office, prompted by tabloid hysteria about foreign prisoners.
Apart from indicating that she is a fine and decent human being, it also shows that Middle England is not the blinkered, ill informed section of this country the stupider tabloids seem to believe.
The times they are a-changing.
