veritas perhaps the media could use the word pedophile in it's correct sense rather than re-defining it's meaning.

I'd like some terms to be banned as well..starting with "tough on crime"
Prunella Minge 'Proactive' = active. Incentivising = no such flipping word.
The Fat Controller ..and should you meet George Alagiah or Fiona Bruce would you please ask them to stop shaking their heads when reading a semi serious news story. And please also advise Fiona that she isn't royalty. She even manages to appear stand offish toward the antique dealers on the Roadshow.
JK2006 there are some words I'm thinking of banning from news reports and media coverage... so many phrases that are truisms and cliches and words which have become meaningless.
