In The Know Hardly surprising news, is it ?

The cuts were put in place to reverse the spending deficit left by Noo Labour ... but the downturn in the global market (partly due to those lovely people in Greece who cant pay their debts and are now trying to destroy their Country so they will never again get credit !) was hard to foresee.

Who really expected the USA downturn ?

It really all comes down to what I've been saying all along ... you have to live within your means and when the "scrounger" element (the debits)overtakes the donor element (the credits) you are in real trouble.

The answer, of course is to cut back harder ... not (as the Greeks are trying to do) think "this isnt working - lets scrap it and continue as normal !"
Innocent Accused Economy is worse under us, says Cable

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2051117...e-dip-recession.html

'In an outspoken interview, the Lib Dem Business Secretary refused to rule out the possibility that there could be a double-dip recession - saying the economic situation was 'very difficult'.'

Now where is Veritas?
