JK2006 Doctor Terrylamps is an expert in anything involving sport apart from Chelsea where he seems to have become rather silent recently!
veritas Terrylamps...I've used a sheaf I had for when my knees were bad (2 knee full knee replacements!) and found some lengths of velco strips which I've wound about it tightly !!..

wondrous !..it works..the compression is such a relief coupled with bathing with ice and a hot pack..

the things you learn on here !!!

Get it quite often, the best remedy is a small velcro strap that you put on just by the elbow joint. It helps keep the joint together and enables you to actually use your arm, without wanting to scream at the slightest movement. After wearing it for a few days, you should find the pain all but goes, until it flares up again of course. Amazon do a selection of them, even in Australia!;

amazing ! you have my sympathy..this pain is excruciating and I can usual tolerate pain but this is making me so cranky..nearly kicked the cat this morning !

I've seen those straps in my local chemist so I'm going to try one.

I tried the hot/cold compresses and they bring relief but as soon as you stop it all comes back.

I'm gradually falling apart.
