andrew Maybe Harper Collins might one day they publish weird and wonderful books.
JK2006 We only printed up a few hundred hardback copies Andrew and they sold out in weeks - rather than print more, or go into paperback, we went E-Book through Kindle, where it's been moving nicely. So the hardbacks became Collector's Items.

My hope was an adventurous and intelligent publisher would pick up paperback rights. But, rather like major music labels...
andrew Why is the so steep JK ? I even seen it on sale for a couple of grand on some sites.

JK2006 Thank you team; as a direct result of my pathetic plea, dozens of Kindle copies have shifted and we've shot back up to No2 in the Amazon Pop Culture chart.
