Prunella Minge The thing that astonishes me is that the writers were previously responsible for 'The Worst Week of My Life,' which featured Ben Miller and Alison Steadman among others, was cleverly paced high quality farce, and I hugely enjoyed. I just can't believe the same team did this piece of nonsense.
The Fat Controller One sitcom too far for Jason.I remember Leonard Rossiter appearing in some right turkeys toward the end of his life. He could never beat Rising Damp or Reggie Perrin. The same can be said for David Jason...OFAH will be what he is always best remembered for.
JK2006 I'm glad you felt that PH because I really like Jason but have been irritated and annoyed by what I've seen of this farce.
Pumpkinhead I thought the jokes were second hand and a poor imitation of Inspector Clouseau. Peter Sellers was a comic genius who's timing was perfect. David Jason just didn't "have" it. Did the "writers" think nobody would notice, or was this supposed to be some kind of remake of The Pink Panther?
