A primary teacher accused of a string of physical assaults against a 10-year-old girl has been found not guilty.

Christopher Scott, 33, had denied assaulting the pupil over a six-month period while he taught at the Stirlingshire school.

If a Judge can direct like he did in this case, why the hell didn't the Prosecutor Fiscal in Scotland see the same outcome on very shoddy evidence (as in no evidence?)

But this guy's name, picture and area is now permanently in the press, I can't see schools scrambling to sign him up can you?

Career destroyed, the human being destroyed, but the accusers and the Police carry on to find another victim.
