JK2006 Chief Constable Owens was on for a disappointingly short time and said absolutely nothing.

Yet.
JK2006 Jay QC very good with his polite but firm questions; Stevens looking very shifty indeed.
JK2006 Stevens admits massive corruption in the area of tipping off press before or just after arrests - and this afternoon we shall hear from the brand new head of Surrey Police - I wonder if her priority will also be to root out past incidents of corruption - going back to 2000, perhaps?

Heads will roll...
