JK2006 Bloody firewall means you have to buy a copy to read Gary Slapper's piece (am I insulting him by using his surname?) The words are to "annoy or offend" - two verbs I've spent my life trying to achieve.

It depends on how the law is worded. "Annoying or Irritating" could mean anything.

Sometimes it seems that the various American states are locked in a never ending battle to out dorkify each other.
Jaded and Bored Good and about time too. Being abusive is not freedom of speech.
Now people will have to learn how to communicate better lol.
