In The Know Yes its a dreadful case ... they were not even allowed to be with their child when it died, and then had their next child removed as soon as it was born.

Just shows that when people become fixated with child abuse (the flavour of the month / year) all other possible explanations go out of the window and the parents are on their own.

Guilt is assumed - and not proven - and despite what the law says the parents HAVE to prove themselves innocent.
JK2006 Cases like this (and worst of all - Sally Clark) only rarely come to light; most miscarriages of justice - especially in "sex offences" - never get found out - including my own wrongful convictions.

British Justice is broken, shattered, flawed.
