In The Know Not a good omen !

The ceremony would have been rather sweet had we not being paying £ 24 BILLION for it !

Still ... it gives Seb Coe something useful to do I suppose (as a "Lord" he has only attended 8% of votes in the upper House. Too busy wasting our money I suppose).
