IA in the UK Police rule out suspect in photograph taken by woman sexually assaulted on a train

www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2148181...ICO=most_read_module

This morning an innocent sleeping train passenger had his photo splashed all over the meejah as a potential sex attacker.
The woman who started it all is of course granted full anonymity, while this man will no doubt have his life ruined because of all this stupidity.

Not just meejah stupidity, don't forget the role played by the Transport police.

'Today, a statement from BTP said: 'Following CPS advice, no further action will be taken against the man and the case is now closed.'
They do love a good story, and very rarely have to pay the price of the consequences.
