Pumpkinhead and a special mention for Jemma Samuel who read one of the prayers at the Jubilee service at St Paul's. She had to stop and start again because the previous speaker, David Cameron, had not turned the page for her (as was expected). There was a awkward silence while she found the proper page, but she kept her composure where others might have crumbled.

Afterwards Prince Andrew apologize to her. I don't know whether David Cameron apologize to her. But I guess it will add the novelty of her Jubilee experience.

Meanwhile oop north, Had a Jubilee themed communal garden party. Just lovely and the warm sun shone all day! Splendid.

Yes, no rain in the Lake District either. And at 10.15 on Monday night, I was at the top of one of the Lake District hills to see the lighting of one of the official diamond jubilee beacons. A once in a lifetime experience.
