as I mentioned previously in the arrest in Belgravia of the former Aust 'soap star' where it seems the worst charge is 'exposing himself'
the complainants who were 2 girls around 10/12 and in the same show have already sold their stories to tabloid magazines and TV shows have gotten together on these shows so basically their evidence is co-ordinated.
Now 2 other girls who allegedly complained about 20 years ago and the police dismissed the claims then have come forward yet they have read a ton of stuff in newspapers, magazines and so.
Plus former actors from the show (not one has been successful since) supposedly 'back-up' the complainants stories by saying he 'was creepy'...(and sold their stories)
They were all impressionable kids at the time.
One has tweeted that she is 'thrilled and happy' he was arrested. Thrilled and happy ??? very odd sentiments (she now lives in a US cult like church..perhaps willy spotting is an evil sin)
A well known 'child protection' campaigner has weighed in saying she has been asisting the complainants and they 'are devestated by the publicity'. Devestated??..it was they who hired an agent and sold their stories for big bucks. Said campaigner was interviewed a few years ago by reporter and they drove in her car..she was cut off by another driver and she said 'he's most likely a pedofile'.
Lawyers lie in court and say he is a 'flight risk' on absolutely no evidence whatsoever.
Basically in sex cases : J'accuse = you are totally stuffed. |

The REAL 'Rape' in too many such cases, is, MASS-MIND-RAPE, of the far too many falsely-accused suffering Victims.
Plus many more 'Extended Victims' in the families, friends, and communities of the 'Prime Victims' of such vile False Accusations.
And, with Mass Media publicised criminal allegations or convictions, in all mislead M-I-L-L-I-O-N-S are made Victims of MASS-MIND-RAPE !

Thanks JK, you write:
"[W]hat worries me is the law that allows these people to pursue their fractured fantasies.."
Agreed!
Time was it was not possible to get a conviction for rape without proof, where the standard of proof was such that more than one eye-witness testimony was required. Then, during the 1990s, the law was changed, lowering the burden of proof for sex offence cases, if I understand correctly. This, I think, is where things started to go fundamentally wrong.
Against this, there is the view that without a lower standard of proof in sex offence cases, where typically there will be no third party eye-witnesses, and where other evidence such as forensics may not be available, it was impossible to obtain a conviction in the vast majority of cases.
Against this I say I would rather risk being raped and my assailant go free than imperil my liberty such that I can no longer be confident that my freedom is assured so long as I have broken no law.
Furthermore, lowering the burden of proof hands power to women that no-one should enjoy. This power frees them to incarcerate upon suspicion, to diminish in the estimation of the pubic, to subject to the stress of police interview, and even to legally condemn and punish any man, simply on a whim. No amount of condemnation of the women who abuse this power tends to vindicate its existence.
I don't doubt that this power is indeed abused, though the news story I've posted shows that the courts are at least willing to place it under a measure of constraint.
Best Wishes,

Yes but what worries me is the law that allows these people to pursue their fractured fantasies - and the fact that the vast majority never get found out as liars and the innocent victims get jailed. |

Woman from Salford who falsely accused boyfriend of rape after 'Facebook row' jailed for four months
A judge has told a woman who falsely claimed she’d been raped by her boyfriend: “This was a wicked, terrible thing to do.”
Sabrina Booth-Guy, 22, of Lydford Street, Salford, told police that boyfriend Stephen Delaney had raped her in their home.
But she refused to undergo a physical examination or a police interview - and after Mr Delaney had spent 18 hours in custody she withdrew the allegation.

At least this time there's a sense that she got what she deserved. |
