Hedda not quite the picnic people think but the media as usual in fine parrot form repeating over and over in the most ignorant fashion.

I predict no-one will end up being advised to sue Savile's estate.

The executors also have every limited powers: they must obey the law, guide the estate through probate (that has surely been done by now) and ensure Savile's wishes are carried out.

I doubt they have much power to 'freeze' the estate for any length of time and if they do they could be sued themselves.
Those who inherit his estate are entitled to receive it without delay.

I've never heard of a case where an estate is sued in this fashion. Could be wrong though.

But media..parrots all of them. With a similar mentality. None.
