false accusations

Schofield didn't make any.

Did he?

Solihull Exile The tide is turning!
Think we needed idiots like him going too far to wake up the establishment to the hidden dangers of false accusations.
Hedda did the DG put him over his knee and smack him ?

we need to know what the discipline was and whether he enjoyed it or not.
david ITV said in a statement: "Last Thursday we began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the mistake on that day's This Morning programme, for which both Phillip Schofield and ITV apologised.

"This investigation has now concluded and the appropriate disciplinary action has been taken. We sincerely apologise because the way in which the issue was raised was clearly wrong and should have been handled differently. We have taken steps to make sure our editorial processes are always properly followed, which was not the case in this instance, and to ensure such an error will not be made again."

And quite rightly so, tho I'm curious to know exactly what he was disciplined for? From what I can see it was for the fact that the names on the car were visible to some viewers?
