Surely Wogan's career is now over, so he may as well have said it?
The Twitfinder General The Mail missed a clip of Chris Denning being used in Gambo's Radio 2 doc on Magical Mystery Tour a few days ago. Tish tish, how remiss!
JK2006 Yes - he "failed to mention Savile by name".

Ye Gods!

"The worst paedophile of all time" according to police - about a dead man who we should all presume totally innocent unless proven otherwise?

No, no, that silly assumption went out of the window years ago, thanks to the good old media.

I thought Michael Jackson was the worst paedophile of all time.

Lord Leveson, of course, examined in detail the relationship between the police and media. And judges. Not.
hedda he didn't of course but the Mail headline screeches that even though it doesn't say it.

If the accusations against Savile prove to be true there could be no more example of chief enablers than the combined weight of British tabloids who remained silent for 40 years even though they claim to have heard the 'rumours'.
