Martin K ... I just did not like their take of accent on the word.
It sounded like the announcement of a hero on a chat show.
Al It means someone who is not ordinary, and so this man certainly fits that definition.
Michael Since Oprah was hoodwinked with that drug-dealer to good-guy story (can't remember his name), Ramsey will find it harder to get anything actually going even with a deal in his pocket.

very strange guy indeed.It was last week as they flew him over to states that it was anounced he had a book/film deal ready to go.
