JK2006	Keith Vaz MP excellent justifying the report - the individual police have NOT been examined enough; that must change and will change. The IPCC needs more money, to be better streamlined, faster, much more efficient, much more independent... Names being mentioned should include Sally Clark, Susan May... I could (with the assistance of Bob Woffinden, ACT, Safari and others) provide hundreds of past cases needing re-examination.
JK2006	by Dame Anne Owers (know her well from Prison criticism during my time inside). We are witnessing that massive change (hugely thanks to the brave and persistent Hillsborough families)... at last, individual accountability is beginning. All branches - banking, journalism, police, MPs, lawyers, media... Which Police Officer was responsible for NOT finding Milly Dowler's killer for years - directly causing the deaths of two other girls? In 2013 we shall find out, prosecute, convict, jail the individual.
