In The Know JK

You are praying for this to fail, aren't you?

We have been working on our democracy for around 1000 years - and have still not got it right yet - what makes you think the Arabs would get it right, first time, within 12 months?
hedda yes, this year's dictator same same last year's dictator.
JK2006 Regular visitors will know that I've been very worried about the wisdom of the Arab Spring rebellion since it started. However, Tunisia managed the desired regime change the right way - with very little violence and absolutely NO interference by us or other Western oil greedy societies.

Readers of Three Months will also know I grew quite disturbed by the emerging power of the fundamentalists there; indeed, the cover of the paperback features a photo of a bathing couple, the man virtually naked, the woman wrapped head to foot in the compulsory cloths, shoes and gloves.

Now troubles grow in Tunisia. I'm worried.
