JK2006 And Tunisia was relatively violence free and for very good reason but it worried me that the changes were too radical, not thought through, ignoring the future and allowing religious fundamentalism (banned by Ben Ali) to take a foothold.

Last summer I saw the results of this (read my diary: Three Months).

My worst fears are being realised. I hope it's stabilised by my annual trip this summer.
