In The Know So, Chris ... they repress REAL crime and then invent crimes which they can solve ! (Good for the stats)
Chris Retro Tosspot is complaining about that - I wonder if it was him that suggested they could boost detection rates instead by creating an environment whereby women are encouraged to report any pinch on the bottom in the past - and therefore creating a crime to "detect", an "investigation" and outcome - proof and defence are passe, of course...
In The Know Police encourage cases to be dropped to boost their detection rates !
