JK2006	Yes - this stinks doesn't it? So obvious that they want him in custody in case the decision goes their way, so he can't do a runner before they ship him off to be tortured and killed. Don't you just love the human race in its dying years? We really have become deeply nasty. "As flies to wanton boys are we to the Gods - they kill us for their sport".
In The Know	It now seems that Abu Qatada's "bail breach" was that he may have been using unauthorised communications equipment. "may" about as conclusive as any of the evidence against him (of his "other crimes"), isnt it ?
In The Know	Interesting. We are not being told what this "bail breach" is ... does it exist? He'd be a very stupid man to breach his bail conditions just 2 days before a deportation hearing. Most probably a ploy by the authories. Get him (already) in custody ready for when the hearing (to sentence him to death) takes place?
