hedda that perpetual grin looks rather aggressive to me.
honey!oh sugar sugar. The man is a twerp. "access" only means living near a library where you have to queue up for three days to use it.

Apparently it is impossible to sign on if you dont have a phone. (probably the same for all benefits)
They have no facilities to do it in person and will not allow use of the phone in any of their offices.
What on earth would you do if you were desperate?
Angel Not a fan of Mr Cox. Flattering camera shots of his face at every opportunity gives me the creeps. Think it might be the voice.
William Harvey This chronically grinning geek claimed on BBC news today that 'I think everyone is now on the internet and most are using a smart phone'. What absolute tosh. The last I heard it was estimated that about 76% of adults have access to a broadband connection - a figure already contested as a dubious exaggeration - while about 13% have mobile internet access. I know he's the niche demographic professor du jour, but that shouldn't excuse him making ludicrously silly over-generalisations like this. The proportion is rising steadily, yes, but that's quite different. Why bother to over-cook the facts? If he really thinks the whole population is online he's an idiot, and if he thinks it's worth just pretending they are then he's a glib idiot.
