Ben 9 Vatican State can allow anyone they wish to enter - and have a longstanding agreement with Italy to allow 'safe passage' from Rome airports. This is similar to the agreement that allows individuals (including Mugabe) to go to the UN - and travel through New York.


Foz Let's face it, the Italian Gov't doesn't get on its moral high ground with these things like the UK. They probably just waved his private jet through. Didn't he go to Paris with his wife on a shopping trip a few years ago? There was much Hurumphing then.
