JK2006 Spot on Dixie; I actually noticed that the print outs by the bank were black and white whereas my own print outs of the same pages were in colour!

Clearly a serious RBS cutback to save them money to pay bigger bonuses!

Does your bank use red ink? I haven't stepped into my bank in 20 years. And the printer they produce my staement off only has black ink. (And that will stop soon, as they've suggested that I use their paperless service. (Though my bank does offer the facility where you can choose a photo for your VISA debit card. (I have a delighful picture of my two Border Terriers on mine.)
