hedda The saga of Jimmy Savile

Justinian is owned by a former lawyer now legal writer Richard Akland who I once admired.

No longer : I've noticed as the years have worn on and the newspaper he writes for, The Sydney Morning Herald, loses readers at around 17% a year (giving it another 5 years at best) he is lashing out and becoming like so many hacks, desperate.

It's important to correct his falsehoods as his successful website is read by every lawyer, barrister and judge, magistrates and so on.

In this article he claims "charges are pending" against Gary Glitter. Are they ?..it's quite outrageous that this stuff goes out to the legal fraternity.
