Kenneth Mintcake The format now makes no sense. Sugar isn't going to hire anyone, he's just going to invest in a business project. There are sixteen candidates. So logic suggests he needs to choose the best business project among the sixteen, which he already knows at the start.

But that means he can't fire the person with the best business project for messing up doing something completely unconnected to their business project, such as selling sausages in France or making an advert for baby socks. So he either has to hope that by some fluke the candidate with his favourite business project survives every week, or he has to fire the wrong people to protect his intended investment.

Completely incoherent.
