ITK is the most peculiar Capitalist who does not believe in debt when it's the most basic tenet of capitalism and makes it go around. If you live under capitalism it is virtually impossible to avoid debt if you wish to improve your situation and that applies to individuals, companies and governments. Without debt we would still be traveling via horse and buggy (quite a nice idea) which is why ITK should be on a council somewhere out of harms way in a tiny town mulling over whether to repair potholes and such. .
