No, no ... they cant afford carpets (nor make-up or hair-do's) - money is better spent on mobile phones, McDonalds lunches, ciggies, cans of lager etc etc |

The males have a dog, same clothes all year regardless of season (usually trousers that look as if made from bin liners).
They live in council flats with 48" plasma TVs and have no carpets.

Yes - if ONLY they had listened to me (about 2 years ago - on this site) when I said "Let's attack Syria !"
Many of you older posters will remember my campaign AGAINST Iraq and Afghanistan, where there was no humanitarian disaster (and certainly no threat or WMD), but this is different.
If Assad "wins" there will be a block from Pakistan through Afghanistan and Iran right through Syria to the Lebanese mediterranean that will be controlled by loonies.
Loonies that dont understand our lifestyle and will never be happy until they destroy our civilisation.
Sometime you have to make a stand - as we did (eventually) against Hitler.
If you sit on the sidelines you send out the wrong message.
Remember when we "propped-up" The Shah (right until he was forced to flee?) - the result? Absolutely no influenece in Iran since then. The (eventual) winners tend to favour those who helped them - not hindered them. |
