JK2006 And got one I believe David - Best Makeup as well as Best Actress.
Should have got Best Film and Best Director too, in my book.
david A remarkable film indeed. Marion Cotillard's performance is brilliant. The way they captured Piaf's premature ageing merited an Oscar on its own.
JK2006 La Vie En Rose' magnificent, superb Cotillard and what wonderful direction. There's one moment about half way through when she's about to do her key performance which took my breath away at the audacity of the director. And the end is fantastic.
