JK2006	When I was filming in Vancouver years ago, John (who was then living there) called me in my hotel to arrange a dinner and I thought "I hardly knew you in London, why on earth should we get together just because we're now both in a foreign city?". Later I regretted it and he died. C'est la vie... or not, as the case may be.
