robbiex They had loads of songs as good and better than this. Reel around the fountain, William it was really nothing, how soon is now, what difference does it make, This charming man, Shakespeare's sister, Shoplifters of the world unite, panic, the list goes on...
JK2006 Very good!
DJones Best quote so far:

"David [Bowie] quietly tells me, 'You know, I've had so much sex and drugs that I can't believe I'm still alive,' and I loudly tell him, 'You know, I've had SO LITTLE sex and drugs that I can't believe I'm still alive.'"
K I don't think you can top this unlikely song from them, it's been synced and covered multiple times.

In particular the Dream Academy (Life In A Northern Town) instrumental version used in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

JK2006 Looks like an interesting autobiography though not a patch on 65 My Life So Far (still No45 in Kindle Pop Culture chart).

I always loved The Smiths; Boy with Thorn in Side in my top twenty best ever tracks.
