zooloo Oh dear.. am I really going to tell Jonathan King what I thought of his track.

Well... I think I like the idea more than the result.

What I found interesting is what can be done with a fundamentally good song. It can be done outside of it's style/tempo and still works.

My feelings here are a bit mixed - I quite like it but feel I shouldn't - because it's "pop"?

It's jolly uptempo fun - which is what I suppose it is meant to be. The vocal style puts me off a little but it's spot-on pop.

Hasn't put me off the 8 CD set that's coming. Indeed I want to hear more.
andrew Better than Dylan's version and Fairport Convention. I don't like covers to classics but this is superb.
