JK2006 LONDON, 30 OCTOBER 2006 -- Martin Bandier has today resigned as chairman and joint CEO of EMI Music Publishing.

As announced in January 2005, Roger Faxon, who is currently president and joint CEO of EMI Music Publishing, will succeed Bandier as sole CEO of EMI Music Publishing on 1 April 2007.
