Produced by RedOne I see. I wonder if his UK label (who?) can get this to No1 in the UK without going the "English lyric" route (which would ruin it). I hate to say I would have broken it in Britain as I failed to break Simarik, DiDi and Aicha.

My opinion is that it CAN sell here - remember my raving about Simarik by Tarkan in Turkish - it was recorded in "english" by Holly Valance (because of my support) and went to No1 but I still think the Turkish original is 100% better. Likewise DiDi by Khaled (and Aicha) - smashes - in Arabic, if only record labels had the balls to promote them properly.
I love the wailing, wandering sound of Arabic when sung this way. I find it hugely attractive.
