K The Eurovision song contest and UK "chart music" went down different paths many years ago, what works in the UK charts won't necessarily work for Eurovision and vice-versa.

I may be wrong but I'd say Simon's expertise is in UK & US Pop so I wouldn't say he's the man for this job. What he needs is a panel of judges who know and understand Eurovision but even then, I'm not sure if the public will side with them.

Also, only a hundred percent sure? He's been a million percent sure about other stuff and been wrong about that, a measly 100% doesn't fill me with confidence
JK2006 Brilliant though Simon may be, it's ears Eurovision needs, not marketing.
