JK2006 Oh many times. It's sad how inevitable the deaths of friends, enemies and acquaintances become as one ages.

Arranger of the Z-Cars theme, worked with Ted Heath and various 60's pop acts and composed film themes amongst other things over his long career. Since he was the "in-house arranger for Decca Records" I presume JK must have encountered him at some point.
